Steel Door Leaves are manufactured from 1.2, 1.6 or 2.0 Zintec steel, double skinned with interlocking seams reinforced vertically with interlocking channels and horizontally with tubes to prevent twisting. Spaces are filled with dense Rockwool. Unless specified you will have our standard honeycomb filled leaf which is still as strong and rigid as a rockwool filled leaf but is very much lighter. This is a better option if powder coating is required. Standard steel door thickness is 45mm, but any other thickness is available on request.
External Steel Doors. An opening outward lipped door with a cill and weather canopy is the best choice. The lip protects the latches and bolts. It is harder to pull a steel door off than to ram it inward. It is much better for weather proofing and it saves internal spaces. If it opens inwards, a flush door with cill and weather board is better for weather proofing.
Escape Steel Doors. If regulations require a minimum clearway, add 126mm to the width and 63mm (no cill) to the height to arrive at the structural opening required.
Special Steel Doors. Apart from Zintec steel, doors can be manufactured and supplied in aluminium, stainless steel 304or 316. Special jamb profiles can be supplied to suit the shape of opening.
Steel Door Finishes. We have improved our extensive range of steel door sets with the introduction of a revolutionary new range of Timber Stained and Stainless Patterned Finished Doorsets. Advanced engineering techniques have been implemented to allow us to create a weld free steel doorset. The design of the steel doors compliments the aesthetic appearance giving the customer a wider range of choice. Any of the finishes will give you a visually striking doorset, finished to the highest quality. Bespoke steel door construction using the latest finishing operations and the best quality fittings, combine to create unique statements of personal taste. Typical uses for internal or external front-of-house situations in hotels, restaurants, prestigious apartments, reception areas.

D.S.7 Steel Doors
This is our latest launch of steel doors. These steel doors are very versatile with universal options in one doorset. We have four leaf sizes and jambs made specially to fit openings from 821 - 1221 with heights from 2023.
Screen Steel Doors
These steel doors are used pre-dominantly by councils, to secure properties left unoccupied when tenants move out or are waiting to move in. There are 3 locking points on the steel doors, thus giving excellent security. Also the hinges are concealed to prevent attack. These steel doors have fitting time of just over 5minutes.
Steel Security Doors
Our steel doors have been intensely tested by the LPCB and gained LPS 1175 SR3 certification. This means the doorset resisted a series of professional attacks each lasting up to 5 mins using a wide range of battery operated tools. The environment where these steel doors are used are, Banks, Government Buildings, Embassy's, Utility Buildings etc.
T&G Steel Doors
These steel doors give an aesthetically pleasing alternative to the industrial door, without compromising strength and security. These steel doors can be single or double and be made to any size to suit the customers requirements, with a full range of locking or panic options. As with all our steel doors they can be powder coated in a full range of B.S. or RAL colours and finishes.
Panel Steel Doors
This is a decorative specimen of a steel door, giving the impression of Georgian panels. Again these doors are specified where a little aesthetical taste is required. Any lock specification and colour can be used on the doors. Example of where these doors would be used would be Colleges, Restaurants, Offices etc….
Fire Rated Steel Doors
We are one of the UK`s leading fire rated doorset manufacturers with certification up to 6 hours. Single doorsets with or without vision certified for 6 hours. Double doorsets with or without visions certified for 4 hours. You can confidently rely on our doorsets to withstand the most rigorous of any fire situation. A copy of our certificates is

Steel Door Louvres
We will manufacture louvres to the customers size and specification including fire rated louvres. As with all our steel door products these can be powder coated in a full range of B.S. or RAL colours and finishes.
Double Steel Doors
These steel doors can be manufactured to the customers requirements in tongue and groove, fire doors, louvred doors, standard steel security door with or without visions with a full range of locking and panic options. Side panels and transoms can also be made to go with these door sets. As with all our doors they can be powder coated in a full range of B.S. or RAL colours and finishes.
Embossed Panel Steel Doors
This is a decorative steel door which can have different size and number of panels. Embossed to give a Georgian effect, these steel doors can be single, leaf and half or double with the customers choice of locks ands furniture.
